  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • Refunds are considered if the project or service has not yet commenced.
    • For development projects, refunds may be requested within 7 days after project initiation, provided that no significant milestones or deliverables have been completed.
  2. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Completed services or projects.
    • Custom development work where deliverables have been shared.
    • Consulting or training sessions once delivered.
  3. Process for Refund:

    Refund requests must be submitted in writing via our customer support email ([email protected]) within 30 days of payment. Upon review, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  4. Late or Missing Refunds:
